  As a CUSTOMER, I had the most wonderful experience at the bridal house, Nikita is absolutely lovely and the shop itself is stunning too and filled with beautiful gowns and accessories! please notice that all these 1 star ratings are all telling the exact same couple of stories!!!   I would avoid this bridal shop !! BRIDES!!!!! Please don’t take the risk on one of the biggest decisions of your big day! Everything seems perfect when you are there, trying on your dress and ordering it, but after that there is no communication, you can NOT get hold of the company via telephone so can never actually speak to anyone. They reply via messages or emails only when they feel like it. My sisters wedding is in 4 weeks, she ordered her dress 8 months ago and has chased and chased and chased and still nothing ! n My sister has since received threats that she will take things further for defamation of character because she has left bad reviews and posted about her experience on social media. I am disgusted at the behaviour and I honestly don’t want to see anyone else going through what my sister is going through right now. She is panicking as her wedding is in 4 weeks and she hasn’t even had a fitting let alone communication to say her dress is in the shop. So distressing and appalling for such a major life time experience !! They currently still have our £700 deposit and 4 weeks before the wedding we still have no dress. I can see similar posts below that have had the same experience. It’s heartbreaking! I would also be wary of 5 star comments that are posting critical comments about the 1 star comments, these reviews are for your own personal experiences not an attack on others experiences. 15 brides have come forward since my sister has been brave enough to openly voice her experience! PLEASE AVOID!!!
